TRYING TO DO THIS WITHOUT A DEGREE!
While standing alongside the Inlet watching the boats come in and out, I noticed that most all the boats power up to enter. This is because the out-going tide is quite strong, thus making the pleasure craft throttle up to keep from being swept back out to sea.
