EMPTY LAND

TAKING FLIGHT

About 2 weeks ago, I went down to the Wildlife Refuge that is near here to see the awesome sight of all the Snow Geese that make this area one of their stop overs on their way North. Upon arriving here I could hear all the Geese talking and I was not even very close

CREATING LIFE

Back to the Sea from where I came.  My job is done. Mother Logger Head Turtle was here to lay her eggs for another generation.  She never see’s her offspring.  She leaves nothing but her eggs and prints to show she was here.

WINTER

It was darn cold when I shot this.  I about froze!  To get this Image I had to walk about a 1/4 mile down a small trail.  Then you come to this opening in the pine trees.  It was windy!  Composed this, took the Image, and walked rather briskly back to a warm car.

I’ve noticed that I seem to get more likes when I post about something in B&W.  Seems more people out there like B&W Images than color ones.  Then, so be it.  I can do that.  I have found out for myself that B&W Photography has it’s place on certain shots.  Makes them look better, at
