INFRARED PARK

Taken in IR at the Heritage Center.  Sorry for the Lens Flair.  Just did not see it until I was processing the Image. Since I don’t have a camera that is converted to IR I use a Hoya R72 720nm screw on filter.  Take the Image and convert it to B&W.  I then have to

I’m getting a bit better using my Lightroom CC.  With the different functions to use, I can make my Image look like true IR.  I like the cool effect on the water with the white trees. When I shot this Image yesterday, it was very hot & humid.  Temp. was around 105 deg.  Sweat was

I had stated in my last Post that I was having allot of trouble with doing IR.  I did inquire about having one of my camera’s converted over to a 720nm filter from 2 different places.  The one that is closest to me does not do this service any longer, which I was not happy

B&W at the State Park

I was still having trouble with converting Infrared Images, so I thought that I’d give Infrared in B&W.  This seems to work pretty good, although it’s not what I’m striving for.  Hope you like it. Thank You.

Hello to my Readers.  Hope all of you are doing well. For many, many times now, I have tried and tried to capture Infrared Photography and try to process it to what it should be.  I’m finding out that I just can’t seem to get it right no matter what I do with the photo

IR RED COVERED BRIDGE

Infrared Image of the old Covered Red Bridge. For this IR Image I used my Nikon D7000 with a Opteka R-72 screw on Filter.  Put the shutter speed on Blub using a remote trip shutter and held it open for 30 sec. on a Tripod. When you do this the Image always comes out with

OLD HOMES

Again, out cruising the back country roads in the Oley Twp. area, I happen to pass this stately old home.  Had to go and turn around to see & photograph this.  Upon finding a place to park across the road, I was standing there and a Lady came out and asked “Can I help you?”
