While Eileen was having some lunch with her long time High School friends from Minersville, PA and I was not really interested in sitting and listening to the ladies talk of everything, I dropped Eileen off and headed out into the Coal Region wilds to see what color is there at this time of the year.
The weather was not all that good. It was cool, windy, cloudy, and was raining lightly. However, there are times when the wet weather can make for some good color images of the Fall Season.
This shot was taken looking South on RT209 that runs above Minersville. It was raining lightly, but Nature still had her best dress on. The wet road just added to the Image. It would have been much better if the sun was out, but can’t have everything.
Thanks for stopping.
