1957 Chevrolet BelAir. With this Classic Car I liked the color that it was painted. The Owner did a nice job.Another view of the BelAir.A 1949 Ford. Made by the Ford Motor Company this Classic was supposed to be the new style for Ford. For some reason, it got a nickname of “Soap Box.” Not in agreement with the color.Ford Fairlane. Not sure what year this one is, but it’s been restored nicely.
When I left to go see the cars that were on display at my ole’ Fleetwood Park, the sun was out and I thought it was going to be a nice sunny day. Nope. Didn’t turn out that way. Not too long after arriving here, the dark clouds starting coming in. Gone was the sun. Then it started to rain, as you can see in my Images. Was not happy. Neither were the Owners of restored ole’ cars. Grabbed my camera gear and went to wait out the rain under the food court that was there. While waiting on the rain, I noticed that some of the Owners of Classic Cars were starting to leave. They don’t want their cars to get all wet, and I don’t blame them. The light rain still kept coming.
In-between the rain drops, I noticed this calm scene at the Park which I know quite well from my teenage years. It has changed a bit, but not much. When it rains real heavy, the people’s yards to the left get flooded.
