TRYING TO DO THIS WITHOUT A DEGREE!
This is called Selective Color. In the process of learning how to use a Crystal Ball for Photography, I learned by some trial & error, on how to color just part of the Image I have taken. I tend to like doing this, even though their are different steps to do in Post processing. The Image just does not come out like this.
