AT&T NIGHTMARE!

Demo4-8-9_ATT logo January 2017

Almost 3 weeks ago, we had a Salesperson come to our door wanting to give us a sales pitch about AT&T.  Without going into a big speech about this, he told us that what we had a phone provider (Verizon), AT&T was just as good if not better!  He also told us that the price of their service is cheaper than Verizon!  If we switched over we would get a NEW phone, a Galaxy S8!  Humm  .  .  .  was a bit concerned about that one, because you NEVER get anything free.  You’ll pay for it somewhere down the line in your bill.

So, after some discussion, we decided to take his offer and change over.  We did get a Samsung S8 Cell Phone, but we found out when the bill came that it was NOT FREE, as I suspected!

Ever since we’ve done this, we have had nothing but problems with our phones!  Our friends have told us that they call and can’t get an answer.  Service does not seem to work as good as he told us!  Phones go dead, at times!  I hate this.  What did we do?

I’ve contacted the Salesperson via Cell Phone and left a message on what is going on.  So far, we have not gotten a return call!  Where is this guy?  I even called AT&T Support and the Lady told me I should get in touch with the Salesperson and he should be able to repair what is wrong.  OK, I’m doing that, but no luck so far.

This is what the Samsung S8 phone looks like.  It’s nice and does a whole lot of stuff.  More than what I’d need.  It’s not cheap, either.  About $843.00 worth of phone!  That’s a lot of money!  So, with all that, if we don’t hear from this Salesperson in the next 48 hrs. we’re going to look into changing back to Verizon!  I suspect that this might cause more problems, but I hope not!

HAVE A NICE THANKSGIVING, ALL!
